We are proud of the results we achieve for our retained SEO and PPC clients, and we don’t dress up our reports or results in irrelevant, long-tail (and low volume) ranking reports, obscure and meaningless Analytics metrics or erroneous interpretation (or presentation) of user engagement data.
For us, the focus on results boils down to two core elements: increases in relevant traffic from the appropriate channel (for example paid or organic search traffic) and, most importantly of all, conversions from that traffic.
We work with a large number of retained clients, and a number of clients have been working with us for over 10 years (which is very unusual in the SEO and PPC industry).
These ongoing clients relationships have been maintained perhaps because we become trusted advisors to clients on all areas of their digital marketing strategy, maybe because we don’t try and blind our clients with techy geek speak, possibly because we’re totally transparent with our clients (and their data!) but we think that the core reason our clients stay with us is principally that we deliver measurable results that make an impact on their most important metric, their bottom line.
