We require an experienced individual, probably with a university degree or high level of education, that has been around the business block a bit and understands the business issues which our clients present.

You should possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and high level of spoken and written word
  • Good understanding of business marketing and the principal issues
  • Capacity to understand the issues around search engine marketing
  • Ability to look at statistics charts and generate a written report to clients
  • Positive lateral thinking skills to work outside the box
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Fascination and experience in using the internet with the desire to grow your knowledge and understanding

We are ten years old and well established operating in a fascinating, fast growing industry which we all really enjoy. We love coming to work in the morning and have fun at work as well as work hard too.

Internet Marketing Trainee 2012

We would expect that you have just left uni and had a fantastic time but have found that your course in History or Archaeology or whatever is not really helping you find your niche in the workplace.

We want a blank canvas that is enthusiastic, keen to learn, loves the internet and business, and is both numerate and literate to join us and learn the ropes from scratch and become a professional internet marketer.  We are a fun company that looks after its varied and fascinating clients the very best we can and we would expect you to do the same.  You would initially focus on running our pay per click activities and learning the ropes - there is plenty to learn and we would hope that within a few months you could start looking after your own clients yourself.  There is no selling involved - all our clients are obtained by word of mouth and recommendations.

Marketing Manager Plus! New role for Summer 2011!! This role is now filled!

We have to admit that this exciting role did not exist six months ago but the serious arrival of Facebook and Twitter on the business and commercial scene, as well as our own marketing demands, means that we can combine two roles into one for a fascinating and challenging position.

You will probably have some experience of the business world from a marketing perspective and both understand and enjoy the challenge and opportunities that the internet offers businesses and organisations.  You will be meeting and talking to our clients about their business and so will need to be able to readily understand their requirements and business objectives.

You must be extremely numerate and literate with outstanding writing skills in UK written English and any other foreign languages, particularly European, would be an advantage.  You must be able to think outside the box to create interesting and readable comments, snippets and tweets. 

Your role would be in order of priority:

  • Liaison with our existing clients and partners to ensure that they are happy with our overall service and we are doing everything right for them.  This would typically be by telephone/email with the occasional visit outside to the client's offices.
  • Development and heading up of our social networking business for our clients and in particular looking after both Facebook and Twitter pages for them and developing relevant and sensible strategies.
  • Nurturing of new business relationships as and when they arise from our existing network - both new clients and business partners

You would not be expected to do any cold calling or canvassing on our behalf as we generally have a ready and continuous stream of opportunities thanks to word of mouth recommendations.

From experience we would want you to come into our offices near Godalming and live within 30 minutes of Godalming - this role will not suit a homeworker.

We are a small, established and very friendly team - we enjoy our work and our clients are loyal and generally very happy with our work!

Accounts Manager

 THIS POSITION IS NOW FILLED

We require an experienced individual, probably with a university or advanced education, that has been around the business block and understands the business issues which our clients present. Ideally we are looking for someone who also have some web design skills so that they can help manage our new website and answer some of the clients technical questions.

You should possess the following skills:

Part Time Book-Keeper/Accountant

This position is now filled

Our friendly team needs a nice friendly person to come into our office perhaps two or three days a month or four to six mornings a month to ensure our financials are kept immacuately organised. We currently use Quickbooks Pro 2005 and so previous experience with that package would be helpful. The job would involve reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, debtor chasing, purchase ledger management, and production of managment accounts.

We are very flexible insofar as time is concerned - we just want to make sure our books are really up to date and accurately kept. Search Engine Strategist

This position is now filled

Primary function is to service and handle up to 50 client's search engine requirements and to act as their adviser and strategist on all web matters.

The position will require some marketing to existing and new clients but cold prospecting is not normally required. The job is office based but some home working will be allowed. The position requires a person with the following skills:
